No, you are welcome to explore all our content, including free downloadable resources, videos and webinars, the podcast and blog. You also have dozens of affordable courses that can be taken a la cart. However, there are definitely benefits for subscribers. CultureRoad subscribers get access to the full library of resources, new content every month, exclusive invitation to sessions with experts, and live monthly coaching with experts in EDI who can provide customized guidance. Subscribing to CultureRoad gives you access to a full Learning & Development capacity and team of consultants for just $79 a month!
CultureRoad subscribers are members of an active learning community, where new learning and engagement is part of an ongoing relationship. This engagement over time increases knowledge retention and transfer, allowing subscribers to practice in their real-world setting, then bring questions or seek coaching from CultureRoad faculty and other community members.
Topical focus rotates on a monthly basis, to provide you with a diverse array of content and associated resources. Some of the live sessions are deep dive discussions on a particular topic and use of a tool, and some are more informal discussions meant to encourage sharing of ideas and practices, and where you can ask questions to support your implementation.
